Our E-Commerce website has renewed its look!
After 2 years from the launch in Europe, our e-commerce platform Mycnhistore.com has changed the look.
The new UX, launched beginning of November 2023, has the main objective to simplify the navigation and customer experience of the platform, by introducing some new features and enhancing some existing ones.
The combined search by model/part keyword, the guided search filtering by model and part category or keyword and the quick access to parts for customer registered equipment, will help the customer to find the parts easily and quickly. The easy access to chat and contact us will enable customers to ask for validation on selected parts. Finally, the renewed website will include also some new products, such as merchandising. A new section, dedicated to newly discounted items, will always be visible in the homepage, for customer looking for special offers.
