While Dealer Installed Accessories kits are often purchased to customise a new machine, they can also be installed to update your existing machine with new functionalities. 

HYDRAULIC ASSIST ROLL

  • Improves the crop flow between the pick up and the rotor
  • Helps preventing plugging of the pick-up and wrapping around assist roll
  • Directly connected to the tractor hydraulic remote valves; the assist roll speed can be adapted by the operator by adjusting the tractor oil flow

Main advantages: 

  • Offers extra power when the crop is wedged between assist roll and main frame 
  • When the pick up blocks, operator can reverse the assist roll to unblock 
  • Operator adjusts the speed of the assist roll to avoid wrapping
  • Significantly shorter drive chain on a rotor cutter pickup   

This kit can be installed on any Rotor cutter Big Baler models from Model Year 2017 onwards.
